Suffolk Park Mixed Use Development

We're currently finalising the DA for this re-birth of the last remaining commercially zoned land in Suffolk Park in Byron Bay.

This mixed-use development combines contemporary residential living with carefully considered commercial spaces. Designed by Rockpool Studios, the project reflects our approach to coastal architecture, creating places that are functional, enduring and deeply connected to the Byron Bay lifestyle.

With a great local project team we have developed a sensitive design that responds to the existing endangered Coastal Cypress Pine community with a fluid form, befitting of the rolling waves at the end of the street. We have also undertaken extensive community consultation.
